Oh and "The Four Agreements" has helped so many. When I worked for juvy, we ordered boxes of them to give out to all the inmates. Everytime I buy myself another copy, I end up giving it to someone who needs it.
I have to read "The Four Agreements." It is the first time I heard of this book.
You can find it on Amazon and most book stores carry it. Sometimes you can find them at used book stores. It is part of the Toltec Teachings.
