Indeed life is not a competition but it is a race against time. If you try to compete against some one who is already going good then you are going to lose. Compete against time. Try to manage it.

And no there is nothing wrong in not having a girl friend at the age of 18. It is better to not have girlfriend. Since this would put in a spot where might have to make radical changes in your life.
