Thank you! I thought for sure I had strep, but the initial test said no. I guess that's good? But it also means I don't get antibiotics to treat the illness.
Just need to drink warm fluids, rest as much as possible and take some ibuprofen to manage the fever.

Generally better off without antibiotics anyway. :)
