Energy Follows Thought!

Hebrew 12:2 NASB
“Fixing our eyes (understanding or mental faculty) on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith (what we believe?).”

Energy follows thought. In other words, where your focus goes, your energy flows. If we are focusing on fear instead of love, then all our energy is channeled or transformed into fear. In 1 John 4:18, says, “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear because fear involves punishment, and the one who fears is not perfected in love.”

Energy means the ability (ideas) to do the work. Whatever we focus on will determine our ability to work it out in our life. So, take that energy and apply it to something useful, productive, and to propel us to go to the next level in our life.

The key to energy is renewal. Re means to return. New means a new form. Al means action or process. Let’s return to and transform our thoughts into a new process in our mind to decide and divide, what is right or wrong, what is positive or negative, an asset or a deficit, joy or sad, hopeful or hopeless, or success or failure. Our actions from what we focus on will manifest through the energy that is produced in our own mind. Remember, our words control thoughts and life.

Easter is the time for spring and renewal. It’s the perfect time, to spring back to God’s original purpose in Genesis 1:26-28 and to renew (to go back to the original thought (Jesus) or to change our thinking) our mind to the mind of Christ Jesus. God bless you!
