in #life5 years ago

Corona outbreak has been filtered by our brain through the seven stages of grief. This sounds like a bit of metaphor, however, the mind game went through stages-of-grief-pattern. 1. Shock:

Everyone was able to see news on the outbreak resulting to create impulsive activities in China. This was the first reason to bring a sudden shock to everyone watching the international news. And, as the number of infected kept rising, the shock even got intensified.

  1. Denial:

Most of the country and people as well completely neglected the situation. In Nepal, as well it was being neglected. It was a denial process, maybe it was the country's decision not to bring the panic situation in the country. But, it was an absolute denial. And, this was the reason that took the situation into a catastrophic position.

  1. Anger:

The anger was coming from the people, the leaders, the situation, and the ability of the country to control the outbreak. The people were angry about seeing the country's decision making in the disastrous condition. And, also the frustration was pouring in every country, AND everywhere in response to the outbreak.

  1. Bargaining:

Different countries/people were bargaining like its something unreal and couldn't make an impact in their life. It was acted like a no big deal and a delicate response of bargaining was all around the internet.Nepal has been through this phase as well..

  1. Depression:

Now, when the situation is not a hoax but is real. Then, the consequences will start to occur. Its a process of asking self-question on owns inability to take responsive action in time. We are in quite phasae of depression because of the resources we could get if we are infected.

  1. Testing:

This is the situation, the world is going right now. We are all doing all we can, with passion, love, and care, to end this situation. This is the situation of hope, optimism, and seeking help and positivity.

7.Acceptance:

The impact has been already so gigantic, that the acceptance couldn't be made at the position we are right now. It's the situation when we could, bring the testing activities into the real-world and seek the cure. If we just accept it, then it's going to bring more severe consequences. This is the phase to look for a cure and a new direction in life, world, and happiness.

Lets spread love.
Stay safe.
Take care.
