What I want in life has not changed

I have read my post about what I want in life.

Until now, that has not changed. I want a simple life. I do not want a lavish lifestyle where I chase trends. I just want to stay at my home, watch anime and play games all day.

But I have to work towards that goal. I have to make money work for me. And I have yet to succeed.
I want to indulge in my hobbies.

I also want to work for myself, not for others. I find myself more fulfilling working for myself than others, but creating content on this blog and making indie games takes up so much time I have hardly any time left for my hobbies.

I need to persist, to the point where I no longer depend on my job for income.

Not to mention that the market is bad now. A part of reason why I came back is in response to the market now. I can hardly find a job in these conditions. I might have to settle for a job that is entirely different from being a software engineer like where I am now. I might end up working in a grocery store or a bookshop if this condition persist.

I have also started a blog last year which I have also returned in response to this job market. I can no longer be comfortable in a job. I feel burnt out and stressed. But I have to try and see which sticks.

I have yet to create a Youtube channel due to a lack of my personal space. So I can only do blogging for the time being.
