The solution against fatigue and stress

How do you get rid of tension and agitation? No, I'm not going to write about a miraculous pill that suddenly releases you, or an overnight method. It's a process that pushes you out of the comfort zone, which requires engagement, courage and determination. But it's worth it!

Simplification.

Yeah, you read it well. Instead of adding something to your life, it decreases. Give up your complicity. How does this help you fight stress?

The freedom to choose from many variants is wonderful, as well as the existence of numerous alternatives for any kind of thing. But this freedom can become tedious when you have to make decisions over decisions not only in the important chapters of your life, but also every moment in the daily: in front of the clothes closet, the sponge or the soap dispenser or the restaurant.

You can not simplify everything in all areas of your life, and you would not be good at doing this (and the soap you need). What you can do is to reduce the amount of energy invested in unimportant activities and decisions that do not bring you any thanks, but on the contrary, I'll squeeze you every day.

Simplification does not mean to give up everything you have, but to enjoy the freedom to own just the things you need and you like. It does not mean stinginess, but the ability to organize yourself better. It means to have control over your environment and not to be dominated by it or to false needs. It's not about reaching a certain number of objects or a certain standard here, but simply about getting rid of what's yours. Your eyes and your mind will feel a little better.

Less, but more conscious. 5 Simplification Ideas

Removes unnecessary items in the home

Order and simplicity have the gift of being soothing. Many things mean a lot of decisions: Where do I deposit them? What do I do with broken / broken ones? Do they match each other? Do I have that color? Look around in your dwelling, and give up, as much as possible, to the objects that make you confused, you do not like it and you do not use it. A wardrobe with fewer clothes, but carefully chosen, means less time spent in the morning to dress. You gain time, clarity and a more relaxed mind.

Quit multitasking

Multitasking is a very bad idea. Our mind can not do two cognitive activities at the same time, so do not "fry" your neurons unnecessarily jogging with 10 simultaneous tasks. Simplify your tasks by breaking them into smaller activities, write down a succession of the most important tasks to accomplish and then get to work. Solve things one at a time!

Avoid unrealistic goals

Filter your goals and keep only what's important to you. Be ambitious / ambitious and fight for what you propose, but do not forget that you are a human, not a robot. Do not be so tough with you if you make mistakes from time to time. We just learn from mistakes, right?

Put aside the toxic relationships

"Do not hang out with people who make you feel more alone." Invest less time and feelings in dealing with "poisonous" people who only gossip or criticize nonstop what others do. Concentrate, instead, on the people with whom you resonate and from which you can learn.

Do not propose to see everything when you go on vacation

Go on vacation to relax, not to get stressed because you have reached x places. A counter-clock flight between sightseeing objectives that "may" be seen might make you louder than a regular day at work. So slow down! It's okay to pick a few places to see before, but leave aside the pressure to check them all and take into account the wishes of the moment.

Wow. This is apt. Thanks for sharing. I found it useful.

No matter what I try, my life is everything but simple hehe but yes, you're right, we should break the chains from time to time. Another suggestion is do not plan anything, let it all happen. Live an adventure. Sometimes it works!

Especially when we focus on a negative thing in our lives. We tend to carry the negative to the extreme in our mind, but the reality is different.
