We are all crazy getting started in the adventure that they call "life", the truth is that if something I have learned is that we have to be aware and live conscious, that your thinking today creates your way tomorrow and what you want to attract.

There are techniques to identify, eradicate and transform into positive those destructive thoughts that are automatically repeated in our minds, hindering our path to what we want to achieve in life.
A very damaging characteristic of these destructive thoughts is that they are automatic, i.e. they shoot in a non-conscious way. These are erroneous and instantaneous evaluations that cost a lot to identify and more to get rid of.

However, once we have identified and become aware that we are automatically repeating destructive thinking, there are a number of measures that we can put into practice to eradicate it from our mind and replace it with a constructive idea.

A complementary aspect in the eradication of blocking thoughts is that "many people who understand these ideas decide to put them to the test, and they get to look for the right time to start working on them. And of course, as always happens, that moment never arrives.

And how can we get vaccinated against a regrowth or recurrence of that destructive thought?
Easy:
As in many other situations of life, after a fall it is up, to spit dust from the road and keep walking with renewed encouragement.
