YOUR DREAM IS A HIDDEN TREASURE
your dream is a hidden treasure, the dad always told the son but the son always believed his dream was his and it would find him nomatter what he does about it.
why hidden
many of you will ask why our dreams are hidden, the answers to this question are not very far from what you think.
dreams are not hidden with fear for them to be stolen, per say no one can steal your dream, this phrase is used to encourage people to work hard. the basic principle of life is nothing comes to you without putting in effort.
how to get to the treasure
there is no crammed formular for this, but the principle is the same "hardwork". how many of you have seen any documentary about searching for a treasure,
one i grew up watching was amazing race, where all the teams had to run after the treasure.
at different stations the teams were tasked to locate direction papers and instruction papers and one could not proceed before accomplishing this task, what does this mean!!!!. even in the search for your dream there are steps you should not miss if your are to achieve it.
what to learn
- getting to your dream can never be by chance, i keep telling people that "fortune favours the bold".
- secondly is people should learn that working hard is not in speech but it reflects in action.
- sometimes what we call working hard is not good enough.
I can tell a story of my friend John, whose parents never visited him at school but always communicated to him on phone, as we were being grilled for our poor performance by our parents, john was assuring his parents of how he is working hard. in the end we were able to improve and work even harder to achieve the best of results, as my friend john got the worst of reports.
encouragement to my fellow steemians
I believe we have all worked hard at one point in life, reaching a point where you feel you have given off your best. but there is a famous saying that says, "human potential is like an ocean", you can decide to pour any umber of buckets of water in the ocean but at one point you will have to stop, hoping that you have filled it, but even if you decide to add one more or two or three buckets the ocean will still contain it.
let us not give up with steemit even in times where we feel like we are putting our best and not receiving upvotes or comments, how about you make one more post, two more posts, three more. why dont we make it a life style other than a place to earn.
