Do you remember
Do you remember in the beginning when the promise of just seeing me was enough to get you to take a 45 minute subway ride? Now it’s too far or you’re waking up early or you don’t want to spend money. It was just as far, you woke up just as early for work, and the beers cost the same amount 6 months ago. The difference is that now I’m not worth it anymore. And that’s heart breaking.
This is indeed a very hurtful thing. Hand in there! One day someone who’ll show you Every Day you’re worth it to them!
Just don’t lose your self-worth over someone who can’t even see it or appreciate what they have saw of it.
