5 Ultimate Traits You Should have to Succeed as an Entrepreneur.

As an Entrepreneur one cannot always expect to succeed. Knowing where you went wrong and adapting to the situation is what makes an Entrepreneur successful. A person should be free-thinking, creative and inspired -- but knowing when to intelligently take risks and when to step back, is key to scaling your success.
You can't expect to get the results if you haven't put in time and effort into it. Nobody is born completely ready to be an entrepreneur. Mistakes, failures and growth develops a future entrepreneur.
Having run quite few of the business, I faced both failure and success. My first one was T shirt printing business and it was a huge success. I tried to expand that business by building a garment manufacturing company and eventually that failed miserably. Eight months ago I opened a restaurant named Yc Bakery and Cafe. It had bits of hiccups due to management and staff problem and now it is operating at full scale.
I believe there are certain attributes an Entrepreneur should have in order to properly handle situation.

Control emotion, specially anger

A well composed person handles every situation properly. A person commits mistakes out of anger and emotions. We all have definitely faced situation in which we did something out of anger and frustration which we had to regret later. At early phase at my restaurant I was overwhelmed by the amount of work and there was lots of shouting and anger towards the employees. Eventually I realized my mistakes and corrected them as I go. You only get the same respect that you give others.

Patience

I can't stress you enough how much this attribute is important and yet challenging. Never go for the outcome, go towards the process. A well thought out process and strategy is key to building your startups. Don't be hasty and make nasty decisions that will bite you later. Stay grounded, stay patient, stay focused, make informed decisions.
At the same time patience does't mean stay inactive and wait for things to happen. It certainly won't.

Passion

If you don't have passion to what you do then what's the point of doing it in the first place. Ultimately it will only lead you to depression, failure and unsatisfied. Whatever you choose to do you need to give it your all. You need to have love and passion for it have drive to make it through every obstacles. An entrepreneur needs to be hungry -- that means that he is never content to just stay where he is without continuing to dream of ways to move forward.

Be a people's person

Listen to people and understand their needs. Build strong networks and make connections when you pitch your company. Be an adaptable leader that your team can look up to -- the first to arrive at the office and the last to leave.

Be Persistance

In reality, being an Entrepreneur is no an easy task. You need to constantly move forward no matter what the situation is. You will face situation you never faced before and you'd be cornered to making quick decision. But that's the challenging part of being an entrepreneur right? You need to be persistent with what you do and never give up. It may take time and effort. But with right strategy you will definitely succeed.
