It is my believe that trapped in every follower is a hidden leader, though everyone was born to lead, most will die as followers. A man in his leadership spot don't oppress people, don't manipulate people, don't threaten people, don't control people. You serve yourself to the people, this will interest you sure it will, leadership is not something you do, it is something you are, as a bird cannot retire from flight so also it is with leadership.
