Had a meltdown of note yesterday... cries so bad that i had to climb in a running cold bath with my clothes on...

Had a meltdown of note yesterday... cries so bad that i had to climb in a running cold bath with my clothes on... throbbing head on fire.... i layed on the tiled floor afterwards... next to my bed... sobbing some more... i then drank water... and a headache tablet... ehich did not stay down... lol took a nap or rather... fell asleep whilst sobbing... so i have had a rough couple of weeks with my emotions... and i dont know if it is jus me being crazy or what... shiit... i jus dnt know...
