What is Women's Studies???
Women studies is the pursuit of a more comprehensive, critical and balanced understanding of social reality

The essential components includes

  1. Women's contribution to the social process.
  2. Their struggles and aspirations.
  3. Women's perceptions of their own and of the broader reality.
  4. Understanding of the roots and structures of inequality.

Objectives of women' studies..
To conscientise both men and women by helping them to understand, recognize and acknowledge the multidimensional roles played by women's in society.
To promote better understanding of process of social, technological and environmental changes.
To contribute to the pursuit oh the human rights.
To render 'invisible' women 'visible'.

Discrimination between MEN and WOMEN

Women are physically weaker then men
man need more food then women as they do more work then women
Patriarchy is natural and nature itself has made women biologically different
Children's are the special responsibility for mothers, children need mother more then a father
Men are mature women are emotional.
Employment and income generation for women are optional.
Husband should be more educated, earn more and better employed then the wife.
