yes, I agree with @samstonehill and @kenistyles that you should accept the payout. The more you build yourself along the way, the more "influence" you have to help others even more, so it's all good!

Yes... I will be thinking about that. Thank you for your concern. And I want to try explain my reason to do decline payout but now my brain is in slow modes like is pentium I. I think that caused by too much smoking or UASF, uhm...! Or cause by both of them. :)
I think this is a small contribution to our community. I just do it voluntary and steemit is one of the ways to do kindness in easy manner. Nice ! :)
