1. It's None of Their Business:

Don't let anyone tell you how to live your life. Only you know what you've been through and only you need to approve of your decisions and life choices because you're the one who's going to end up dealing with the consequences.
This reminds me of that video of a man shaving his beard on the train and people made fun of him online and called him "Nasty". It turned out he was homeless and he was on his way to meet his brother. He said he just wanted to look presentable. So you see, people judged him without knowing his situation and what he's been through.

2. People Are Different:

What works for others might not work for you and that's normal. For example, people love different hobbies, they listen to different type of music...So it's okay to be different. Like Rob Siltanen said:“Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They're not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”

3. We Only Live Once:

Life is too short to worry about what others think about you ! you only got one life so spend it doing what makes you happy and don't let other people's opinions ruin it for you.

4. You Can't Please Everyone:

Don't waste your time and effort trying to please people because it's impossible. You can't live up to everyone's expectations. A professor once told us: "Whatever you do, there is always going to be a group of people that will like it and others that won't."
