My Daily Walking Stats: June 29 2025

Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. The weather was sunny and warm in the morning and I got up early and walked before breakfast but in the evening it rained heavily so I didn't go for an evening walk. But I still managed to exceed 10K today.

My wife and I watched the movie Birdman of Alcatraz, I had watched it before but my wife hadn't and I watched it again. If you haven't watched it, I recommend you to watch it, it's really a great movie. It's a movie from 1962 and it's unbelievable that such a movie was made 63 years ago, it's really timeless. It follows the journey of a rebellious and sullen killer to become a bird expert. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
