These are the feelings, moments and reflections I experienced today.

Spontaneous.


Monotonous.

Quiet.

Stillness.

Gift.

Retreat.

Nap.

Blue.

Waiting.

Observing.

Worry.

Provocation.

Honour.

Gratitude.

Reflect your day is a simple exercise that you can do in a daily basis.

It could help you to see your life in the bigger picture.

                        Love the pairing of the photo with such peaceful thoughts. It's awesome how the plainly stated words seemed to have such a calming effect on me as I read them - as if standing them on their own made me pay attention and reflect on their meaning. Definitely needed that this morning, so thank you for the mini meditation, @roselifecoach!
