Great question! My wife and I have been in business together for as long as I can remember and have been connected at the hip since day one. The thing that makes it work is our morning routine!

0445 I'm up to get the coffee on; she follows when she can smell it. We may have a dozen words between us for the next couple of hours as we each pray, read, work on a project.....and then we get jiggy on our business.

Probably should mention here that we live on a 46ft sail boat.
