There was a time when humans traded humans like livestock, shaded them like veggies waiting to be sold. In the eyes of the slavers, these other humans were commodities, properties and nothing less.

The acclaimed owners of these 'properties' will exercise complete control over their lives from where they live, work, and what they eat etc. What an era! In my search to understand what birthed that brainchild; the whole concept of slavery. I arrived at this, humans often feel small in the vastness of the universe and as such, the need to feel bigger, superior, or more important drove them and landed them in enslaving their own.

A little something like being able to determine another man's fate whether they live or die, sold or free, go naked or clothed, their reactions and in-reactions, how they should present themselves could some worth make one feel in control. But then, I discovered that the slavemasters were slaves too. Slaves to the idea they had birthed. Their chains were in their mind and it blinded the eyes of their heart to their own. It created a division that divided them into races rather than humanity as a whole.

Today, humans still trade humans like livestock; they still shade them like veggies. However, the only difference is, this time, they don't bind them with literal chains but with ideologies properly nurtured and knotted in their minds. But one thing is true as it was with the first folks; the slavers are slaves too. So, would you rather be enslave to your own devise or be free? If you choose free, then your devise will therefore not be one that intends to bind others but awaken them to freedom.

Humanity need to awaken to freedom and freedom is not in any religion like the many religion in our world but in love. Love transcend race, religion and what have you. Humanity is an offspring of love. Love is the unbreakable bond that bind us all together. If we must think, speak, walk, and create, we must do them from our position in love.

In love we find our completeness in the vast universe and will not feel intimidated with any intentions of taking desperate measure to appear confident or feel superior.
