A BRIEF EXPLANATION ON HOW TO COOK NAIJA BEANS.

First of all you put your pot of water on top of the gas and add whatever quantity of beans you want, make sure the water is above the beans. Leave it to boil for at most 20 minutes ,then you filter the beans from the water with your filter pan.

You put a new water in the pot with your filtered beans on top of the gas fire. Boil until the beans becomes a little bit soft for eating. Add your

(2) Ground pepper (depending on the quantity of
beans)
(3)Crayfish
(4)Red-oil
(5)Maggi
(6)Salt

After that you stair and allow to boil for about 25-30 minutes ,you open the pot and allow to dry for 10 minutes. There you go your beans is ready.
