I totally agree with you, the fear is all in our head. When I started my journey, people at my gym really helped me, a lot. Not only with my form but also educating me about nutrition. And of course, trainer will be there to help you.
You just have to start, people will support you, because even the pumped one once were at your stage i.e totally new to the fitness.
