Why Don’t Corporations Pay Women The Same As Men?

It’s International women’s Day today, an ideal time to take a look at attitudes in corporations and businesses toward equality in pay for all genders.

Many large corporations have been been highlighted in recent media for unequal pay, are they being fair by not paying the same for the same work?

Is there ever a justification for not paying equally for the same work?

Not paying the same is blatant discrimination, why is this still permitted in this modern age?
