Coffee... An enlightment cup.
A concept, an idea can be so irresistible, so powerful that it could be brewed, seasoned, decorated and served such as a cup of coffee making people addicted to it by its essence and at the same time turning they away from the benefits that the product might bring from its origin.
After oil (crude), coffee is the second best-selling comodity in the world developing a multibillion-dollar industry around which several other companies have joined, taking advantage of this momentum to thrive but at the same time distort the base: ending up in our coffe cup an attractive result, perhaps delicious but far from providing the benefits that coffee brought to the first consumers.

The path of "Know yourself" has been such that it has been adopted by almost all philosophical, religious and even some scientific currents. Just as a good cup of coffee, this path could reach us in hundreds of ways, theories and norms being the final understanding a mishmash associated with many other concepts that carry intrinsic economic, political and even social interests that might take us away from the true enjoyment should bring to start with.

Knowing who you are, knowing yourself might isolated you from your immediate surroundings; it would allow you to explore the field of the infinite; it would allow you to develop your spiritual nature; it would paradoxically connect you with everything created to make you enjoy a single moment: the present momento, prolonging itself indefinitely, being this expirience just wonderful. Sadly, this knowledge can not be taught, yet it can be learned by those who seek it with a child`s heart. It will find you by a revelation touching you to the deepest because you will realice that you were as not you who found the truth but it was the one who reached you, with ties of love, to transform you into the person you were designed to be.
Monks, priests, religious leaders used coffee to stay alert and awake in their long hours of prayer, reflection and meditation; the aroma and taste of a good coffee awakens in our palate a world of sensations, invites you to reflective thought however we should not forget it is only an element that could help us to, I wouldn`t say endless journey of knowing oneself. Enjoy your coffee endeed, but remember that the enjoyment does not end in your cup because within you are already all the elements to make the journey of your life a pleasant and rewarding experience no matter what might happen.
