The need of motivation symbolizes that, at present, you are unable to discharge your duties well, or you are unqualified to fulfill your duties, or you don't deserve the post or role that you are given.

As when you need motivation that is to come beyond your own task it is the signal that you are unaware of the potential in your own task.

when you don’t know the potential of your task, you are not interested in knowing the way to reach that potential.

if you don’t know the way, then you have no way to have your subconscious power working for your real life task.

Now you are bound to go for motivation that comes in another form, not in the form of your own task

The same thing applies to the charm of knowledge and information spread about numerous dimensions of life.

We need to categorize it in two part: ICPK (in course productive knowledge), and PPK (perhaps productive knowledge).
