Who doesn’t like the idea of having someone to help them? At some point in life, we’re all going to need a bit of help.

The funny thing about life is that often times, if we just sit around expecting someone to help us – or hoping for it – no one ever comes. There is no hero that is going to swoop you out of your miserable situation just because you look like you deserve a break.

You have to be your own hero. You have to be the first person to take action. Then, when you’re valiant enough to get up and find a way to help yourself, new doors will start to open up to you. Help will come to those who help themselves.

It’s the same as vibrating the energy of the things you want to attract. If you vibrate distress, you’ll likely find yourself distressed for a long time. When you start to help yourself, it moves others and the universe itself to help you. But you must remember, you have to genuinely try to help yourself.

You can’t fake the effort and hope for pity. You have to be real about. You have to mean it. Help yourself and see how help will come. Again, it boils down to making the effort.
