Chief Friday Onyema is my dad.
The very first chief in my community and a reknown leader. He served his people right, resolving their boundary issues with neighbouring villages, overseeing peace keeping missions and ensured peaceful coexistence in my hometown.

My dad told me, it takes mare energy to bad than good. That means, you concerve energy when you do good. So it's wise to be good. It's saves you stress and all. It's takes more energy to cover up a sin than not to sin at all. It takes more energy to please for forgiveness than not to wrong at all. **Just think about it.

The energy required to treat or manage HIV is more than the energy required to prevent it either by abstinence or use of condoms.

The energy required to forgive is lesser than that required to keep malice.

You get drained easily when you keep malice. You'll discover you'll have no joy hearing the persons name or even seeing them. You totally get uncomfortable when they're around. You get drained!

You burn more energies

  • to hate than to love.
    -to treat than to prevent
  • to recover than to protect
  • to apologize than to never offend
  • to be bad than to be good
  • to hold back than to give

So advice yourself.

To preserve energy, please

  • Love
  • Prevent
  • Protect
  • Try not to offend
  • Be good
    And
  • Give

Be Wise!!!

Amazing bro, well said. The energy of the mind is the essence of life. Until one learns to conserve his energy by having a positive mind he will keep draining the energy of his mind and in that he’s draining his life.

Love conserves energy and it is positive. But hate is a negative energy. It drains us out completely. It drains joy, love and good things from us.

Yes, smart work is the best work.
