Frequent Habits of Headaches When Sunburn indeed Headaches due to heat-fever are mild. But make no mistake, things like this can be a serious condition if not handled properly and in accordance with the rules in general. Headaches after doing activities in hot weather are often experienced, especially for people who work outdoors and are exposed to the heat of the sun. Although it seems mild, headaches due to heat-panic can turn out to be a serious and life-threatening condition if not handled properly. I often experience depression because of the sun every day.

what is the real cause of headaches?
Primary headaches or complete headaches or migrants, which are not caused by certain diseases, are generally motivated by changes in the body's chemical composition which then affects the nerves and blood vessels. This change can be caused by lack of sleep, alcohol consumption, and also hot weather.

Why does hot weather cause headaches?
when in hot weather, the body's metabolism tries to maintain its temperature to remain stable through the process of sweating. However, if the ambient temperature is too hot and fluid intake is lacking, at some point the body is no longer able to produce sweat and will become dehydrated. One sign of dehydration due to loss of body fluids is a headache. then during the day we always feel hot, which is extra ordinary, sometimes we want to drink cold drinks so that our body feels fresh again.

If the body is unable to reduce the temperature by sweating, the body temperature will go up adjusting the temperature of the environment. When the body temperature reaches 40oC or more, disruption of body function will begin to occur such as headaches. Over time, a condition called heat stroke can occur, a dangerous condition that can lead to decreased awareness, damage to the central nervous system, and even death.
therefore I recommend
Use a thin, bright and loose shirt. Don't forget also a wide hat or paying.
Use sunscreen with SPF 30 or more.
Adequate fluid intake. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends consuming 2 to 4 glasses of water every hour when you have to do heavy activities in hot weather.
Avoid consuming caffeine and alcohol. These two types of drinks can cause more fluid loss and aggravate dehydration. Hopefully this can be a guideline for all of us so that we are always healthy and can act like ordinary people.
