Selfie: A useful powertool for depression!!
The best way to get rid of depressions, angry mood or any other sorrows is to take selfies in my thought. You, yourself will laugh at the face you captured when you are angry or depressed.
Taking selfies will keep your mind away from the thought you had previously, for some time. Use the fashion of taking selfies to get rid of your depression.
Even studies have proved that while you take a selfie, your attention is all in it. So you will focus on selfie and forget the reason of depression and get some time for rest. Then with a calm mind, search a solution for the problem.
