Focus on the present!

Quit talking about what it didn't work in your life. Do not put any unnecessary pressure on yourself or others. When the sky is filled with dark clouds, it doesn't mean that the sun is not at the right place. It is there, where it has always been, but now it’s just covered with clouds.

Do not live in the past, nor in the future. The present has such precious moments which are worthy to pay attention to. Let your failures stay in the past. Do not bring them into the present. Do not burden your spouse, your kids and your friends with them. Whatever is in the past, let it stay in the past.

Look forward with great expectations to your future, but do not miss the present. If you don't invest wisely in your present, you will not reap the good things in the future. If you don't take the right decisions today, you will cry in the future.

The present is one of the most precious gifts you can have. Today is the right time to let the wounds from your past be healed and to plan for your future. Now is the time to learn from your mistakes and to change the things to get a better result.

If your situation doesn't look very encouraging, do not forget that the clouds don't stay for a long time on the sky. They come and go. They move around, and after a while, you can see the sun again. What is more stable are not the clouds, but the sun.

The problems are not meant to stay for a long time in your life. They come and go, but if you don't know how to manage them, they will stay for long. If you give too much credit to your troubles, they will not go away easily. However, if you learn to enjoy the moment, you will find that most of the problems are not worthy to pay attention to them.
