Occupational diseases of traders

in #life7 years ago

First, we will form the conditions in which we have to work. So sedentary work, a sedentary lifestyle, an incorrect tense static pose near the monitor, a state of stress, a delay in breathing, sudden adrenaline rush, uncontrolled movements, an increased heart rate, screaming, screaming, throwing objects, jerking outsiders, itchy cell phones and all sorts of other troubles .... this is the situation in which the overwhelming majority of intraday traders work. As a result of prolonged exposure to such a "cocktail" we get (from top to bottom) - vision impairment, headaches, decreased sleep quality, scoliosis, osteochondrosis, heart and digestive system diseases, obesity, muscle senility, figure deformation, hemorrhoids, prostatitis, everything else depressive state and mental disorders! On some kind of blog, I also deducted this "in the spring-summer period, due to lack of insolation-problems with the skin and progressive rickets associated with a lack of vitamin D, obtained from the sun. The lack of fresh air leads to a weakening of immunity and contributes to the development of internal diseases "Maybe someone thinks that it will not touch him and will be wrong. For example, I regularly go in for sports, go for walks, go to the sauna, nevertheless for 4 years as a monitor, my health is shaken, first of all, my eyesight, etc. I will not bother with the list of my occupational diseases. I forgot, the tunnel syndrome of the right hand, (the reason for the multiple limited movements of the index and ring fingers of the mouse and the wrong position of the brush). By the way to fight against the latter supposedly helps a miracle mat, I was given such a gift recently. Despite the pseudo-aerial bias, the hand really works more conveniently. To the old version, I do not want to return any more. In general, everything is like people's, but there are more opportunities to be treated and rest (unfortunately, not at all).
