Why is there an addiction to loved ones even after neglecting them? How to get out of it?

There is a term called reverse psychology. It's like--, after you show a little interest in something, if you find that it is beyond your grasp, the attraction increases. Turns out you deserve better than that. But then with each rejection your interest will increase.
And when something is easily obtained, we consider it less valuable. Sometimes we think we are wrong.
Go to the market and choose a shirt. When the shopkeeper doesn't want to give it a lower price and talks to you like you don't deserve to buy it, you will notice that the shirt will seem very expensive to you.
Again, if you give it at the price you offer at first, it will look like you are cheating.
Now the question is what is the way out of these tricks?
Actually there is no simple answer to this question. Our psychology is very complex. However, you can try to understand yourself.
You can explain to yourself that people don't always get what they want in the world. The world does not treat everyone equally. Some work a little and get a lot. Again, no one works hard all his life and gets the desired results.
i will try But, if you don't get it, you have to be in front. The world does not sit to fulfill anyone's obligations. You may not believe that your failure today is paving the way for great success ahead. But when you got it, you would have been fixed.
So you can train your mind to never dwell on the present. We may not get what we want. The thing is, you can get better than that. Believe in yourself.
