Our daily requirements for magnesium :


1 to 3 years: 80 mg / day
From 4 to 8 years old: 130 mg / day
9 to 13 years: 240 mg / day

Women:

From 14 to 18 years old: 360 mg / day
From 19 to 30 years old: 310 mg / day
31 and above: 320 mg / day

Men:

From 14 to 18 years old: 410 mg / day
From 19 to 30 years old: 400 mg / day
31 and above: 420 mg / day
