Loving compassion allows me to easily alter my unloving behavior
Message from the heart:
I don't know about you but I respond better to a compliment
Then a criticism.
I'd rather engage with someone who looks for what's right
Then what's wrong.
And someone who encourages me
Rather than tries to discourage my efforts.
Therefore, when I talk to myself,
I speak lovingly as I encourage and uplift myself with compassion.
Sure, I make mistakes but I honor myself and try again.
If you keep preventing yourself from succeeding, invest in my teleclass: How to Stop Self-sabotage. http://www.marciamartinthehearthealer.com/stop-self-sabotage-class.html
That's a nice sentiment. Altering one's unwanted behavior is often difficult. Keying in on the attributes that make change possible seems promising.
