RE: Inflamed Joints, Prevent Life

in #life7 years ago

Cool post, and a creative way to get around your imflamed joints.

Interesting concept. It would probably a good exercise for me to write a flash fiction version of whatever I'm going to post before I post it. I reckon if I boil it down like that, I should quickly be able to discover if the point/message I'm trying to make/get across is valid or not.

Hurting hands, arms and joints are the worst, and I feel your pain. I'm partly in the same situation as I suffer from CTS (carpel tunnel syndrome) in both hands and arms.

It's actually gotten a little better for me lately, as I've been doing regular hand and arm-stretching (several times a day) and some light cardio-exercises with focus on the upper body / hands and arms. Maybe it won't help much, but could perhaps be worth a shot?

If so, I recommend checking out @steemmatt's ongoing 100+ rep challenge, where the challenge is to do a total of 100 repetitions of any exercises everyday, and post the daily report in the commentary field of the daily post. For me anyways, this has been a great way to find some much needed motivation to actually go through with my daily exercise, and also to get in touch with other exercise-happy steemians.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and comforting words @mightpossibly. Yes, I really believe that many narratives could be condensed - and thereby get a bigger reader audience (for most people today, time is money!). I think the world (also the Steemit society) is ready for shorter messages. I am happy I've learned the stretch exercises, and try to keep up the good work. Thank you for your tips, checking @steemmatt's challenge. I will check it out! I wish you a nice afternoon.
