Yes, tomorrow June 21 is the summer solstice boreal
It occurs in the northern hemisphere.
It begins in the center of Mexico at 05.07.
There will be sunlight for more than 13 hours.
How can it affect us?

It is certainly good to be able to do outdoor activities.
In fact, the activities are carried out in many parts of the world.
We can take advantage of taking sunbaths.
This will increase our reserves of vitamin D What will result in better Bone health, a strengthened immune system. And other health benefits

Avoiding the sun completely can cause health problems

Ok, so far everything is beautiful ...
Perooo ... There is always a but, grrrr.

Not everything is rosy, since prolonged exposure to sunlight can also have adverse effects.

Burns on the skin, spots on the face and other parts of the body, dehydration.
Migraines, high blood pressure and even heart attacks.

So we can take basic measures as foresight.

You can use sun protection equipment.
Hat, umbrella, look for the shadow of a tree.
Get out of the sun at the hottest times of the day.
Look for places with shade. Again under a tree or use an umbrella.
This will prevent you from receiving harmful rays and keep a good spirit.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
Try to Ingest the best nutrients to protect the skin

Remember that older people may have slower kidney function and this, along with dehydration, leads to a concentration of toxins in the blood and discomfort.

If we love coffee, we drink more water because it can act as a dehydrating

Note: The astronomical phenomenon called Midnight Sun will also occur where the Sun is visible 24 hours a day.

Buen articulo y excelente tema. El día de mañana estaré atento al sol, y me cuidare del exceso de la exposición a la radiación dañina.

Hi friend.
How good that you have your attention.
I was under the sun today and what I noticed was a higher incidence in my eyes.
I'll have to wear sunglasses.
Keep happy.

I have sun on my balcony a few hours a day and get out there to catch some rays most days. I feel a lot better when I do. It seems to lift my mood :)

I love the sun and it provides me with vitamin D
Indeed, vitamin D increases mood.
Thanks for comment.
Keep happy.

A good remind of the benefits of the sun and not to get too much of it.
