DO YOU EVER FEEL YOUR LIFE IS A MESS?: 5 STEPS TO START OVER!

Do you ever feel like you’re going nowhere?.

Like you’re living by inertia and nothing is getting you close to your goals.

Sometimes we feel that our life is a mess, everything we do is just “one thing” more of the day.

I’ve been there, one day the world stops and you just can walk anymore until you fix what is wrong.
Through life, I’ve learnt that the only one capable to figure this out is myself.

Only our decisions will take us to the place we want to be, only us can stop or change routine, sometimes it is a killer.
Every day, same thing, same feeling of going nowhere, same clock saying “time it’s going to be over soon”, START NOW!

So, I know most of us have been at this point once, maybe some got over it, others are still struggling, so that’s why I want to share this with you, these are 5 steps I took to get my life started again:

• 1) GET RID OF EVERYTHING YOU DON’T NEED:

Trash in your room, old stuff you’ve been saving with no purpose, everything that reminds you of something that causes you pain, and TOXIC PEOPLE who are not helping you at all, they’re an extra weight to your shoulders.

• 2) IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH SOMEONE YOU CARE ABOUT, FIX IT:

Sometimes we’re so stressed out that we yell at people or hurt the ones we care about in some way. Now, first of all, it’s important for you to know that IT’S OKAY to make mistakes, we’re humans. The actual important thing is that we can, and have to fix our mistakes, apologize for everything you did wrong, then let it go and start over, that will give you peace.

• 3) IF YOU’RE DOING SOMETHING YOU DON’T LIKE, QUIT NOW!:

If every day you wake up mad because you have an awful job or because you’re doing something that doesn’t make you happy at all, QUIT!, you will have to take hard decisions to change your lifestyle and start being happy.

• 4) MAKE A LIST OF THE THINGS YOU REALLY LIKE AND YOU’RE GOOD AT, THOSE COULD BE AN OPPPORTUNITY TO START A NEW LIFE:

If you quit your awful job, you will have to do something for a living, so this time MAKE SURE it’s something you’re PASSIONATE OF. Start your own business, apply for the company you always wanted to work at, make a plan to achieve that idea you thought will never be real.

• 5) START TAKING CARE OF YOURSELF:

Your physical and mental health are the fuel of your car, If you don’t feel alright, the car won’t work! Meditate, get some rest, take it easy, eat well, exercise and try to see the positive in the middle of the darkness so you can keep going no matter what!
