WALKING THERAPY
Ever since a friend sent this pix to me i've been taking my walk out very serious. I've also gone back to the Chinese board "walk on" my hubby bought sometimes ago.
I go on with my hubby one hour walk to and fro 3times a week in the evening and my "walk on" other days.
Believe you me, the impacts and effects on my body system is so marvellous. Initially I get tired quickly but now my heart beats better, feel smarter and work longer hours. I've been doing it religiously about five month now.
