My baby was falling badly

I was traumatize myself once again @12:30 pm yesterday just after taking herself a shower while wet she step on the chair and jump as her attitude being so hyper active.It was very wet body of her because she never put on the towel on her body its really too wet making the floor more slippery.She was having a head bump as instant like that when i see her she was already lying on the floor holding her head crying i put ice in the affected area while she never stop crying for pain.
To this chair she jump far from this and she drop her body badly she was out of balance because of slippery that she was out of control falling and bumping down.She was sleeping after her hair was dry and until now she will hold her head saying it still hurt.
