Fish soup Patin
Ingredients :
4 pieces of catfish
1 orange juice
5 pieces of red chili pepper intact
5 red onions, sliced
3 garlic, crushed, chopped
2 pieces of tomatoes, large pieces
3 segments of turmeric, remove the skin-burn-crush
2 segments of ginger, remove the skin-burn-crush
2 galangal segments, remove the skin-crush
1 bunch of basil, pick the leaves
2 bay leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed

How to cook :
Clean the fish that have been cut, make sure the fish was clean. smeared with lime juice. Let stand 10 minutes. Rinse and drain.
Boil water in a pan with low heat.
