2 tbsp hemp seeds
1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk
AB WORKOUT ROUTINE:
Leg raises x 20
Bear crawl
Ab kick outs/V sits x 20
Ball tuck x 10
Plank Jacks x 20
Rest 2 minutes in between. Repeat 3 times total!
