Stop and Listen to This, Everything You've Known About Yourself Might Be Wrong (PART 4 - Final)

4. Change your toxic habits.

Not smoking, drinking or eating greasy food. No, doing the same thing over and over again even though you still feel anxious. If you really are committed to "quitting anxiety", then you need to change how your mind works and makes decisions. Anything you do for hours to shut off your mind is actually making you more anxious, instead let your mind go wild but guide it to a more positive direction. Life is definitely very depressing, we are born without a warning and without being asked, we have no manual or any idea of the world we are about to get sucked into... We are afraid and vulnerable. We die and get sick... We rely on the love of human beings that have been on earth for so long that many are bitter and toxic... We're so energetic and full of life when we start and society just takes a bit of it every year without us even realizing...And the list goes on... Surely, you are very aware of all this.

Don't forget about all that. No. Acknowledge it. And now accept it as part of life.

Criticize and analyze to world around to find your place. You belong somewhere "I" promise you.

5. Have faith.

Religion is what drives most of us. It gives us a sense of security, a sense of purpose and a community to belong to. What all religions all have in common is faith. It is the key ingredient. Now, regardless of your beliefs, believe in one more thing: yourself. Have faith in yourself, your abilities, your inner power, your passions, your life. Just have faith. That's why you feel afraid and why you're insecure sometimes because you need to have faith when you feel like you're in a black hole, falling and falling... Have faith that everything is going to be okay, simply because you are you.

The number of people affected by anxiety is growing more and more everyday. People are not excited anymore and have no energy to go on. We see children and envy their carefree spirits but we don't realize that they are sponges and that they are affected by our emotions.

We have bad days and take it out on our kids, our sisters and nephews: "Adam is excited to show the beautiful fort he built for his mommy" "Mommy isn't really in the mood and yells at Adam for making a mess in the living room" "Adam's energy level = -1"

Let's fix ourselves for the next generations, not to become super smart individuals but to simply be.

I resteemed Part 4 this one not to be a spoiler to the rest, but hecause I think this will make you want to read the first parts.

Your honesty helps others realize they are not alone in their suffering. Thanks
