Eliminate the Negative and Doubtful voices in your Head! Using the wisdom of the Toltec Tradition

This is an amazing book and very easy read...so you can read it several times. BUT since everyone is so busy and this book is so powerful, I will give a quick breakdown. Life is crazy. We are all down here trying to figure it out, but we have developed egos and mind and the voices that come with it. If we can strive to keep these four agreements, much of that nonsensical self talk will go away and dissolve...having no fuel to stay alive.

#1: "Be Impeccable with your Word: Speak with integrity. Say only what you mean. Avoid using the Word to speak against yourself or to gossip about others. Use the power of your Word in the direction of truth and love."

.....it all started with the word right? And until we use more of our third eye and attain telepathy, we are stuck with this funny way of communicating with words. So until then...lets try and use our words for good-to ourselves and to other Earth Rovers exploring their way through life and the world. 

Words can be used as an elixir that heals or a virus that spreads contaminates kills and destroys...you get to choose

#2. Don’t Take Anything Personally: Nothing others do is because of you. What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won’t be the victim of needless suffering.

.....we have no idea what is really going on down here....ask anyone who has tripped a heroics dose. So why allow someone else, someone who could very well be a bot, mess with your journey? You can't truly be sure anyone else actually exists outside your own mind...so to give to shits about what randoms think is such a waste of time and energy. You are down here to explore and adventure and to remember what its all about. Not taking someone else's bad day or life or attitude should be natural. If someone is an asshole to you, say a little prayer for them and send them on there way!

#3. Don’t Make Assumptions: Find the courage to ask questions and to express what you really want. Communicate with others as clearly as you can to avoid misunderstandings, sadness and drama. With just this one agreement, you can completely transform your life.

....Everyone has a thousand examples of making an assumption, wasting so much energy on worrying about it, and then having it be something completely different, right? Nuff said. This one just shot straight into my ego and seriously struck devastating blow to my ego monster. 

"Oh she probably didn't respond because I am a stupid piece of shit and everyone hates me"...(phone rings) "Hello?"

"Hey @lovetokens its @yourheartsdesire, sorry I was on Mexico this weekend building houses for the less fortunate, Im sorry I missed your call I would love to go out with you and actually I missed you so much I thought we should probably get married have sex and lots of babies...how does that sound?"

ASSUMPTIONS ARE SHIT!

#4. Always Do Your Best: Your best is going to change from moment to moment; it will be different when you are healthy as opposed to sick. Under any circumstance, simply do your best, and you will avoid self-judgment, self-abuse, and regret.

....I am absolutely shit at Math Languages and Science, they make me feel like my brain is broken or skipping. But if I got a B-.....then Id be like

We all have our different things because we are different beings, and who is to say which sort of things are better than others, so do your best and you can always feel good and proud in yourself. Because again, these bots could be set on expert, and mastery will just take time.
