It's Easy To Improve Health But It's Easier To Complicate Things.
Accept it or not, but whenever you see actors like Arnold or Dwayne Johnson in a movie, a part of you wants to become as fit and strong as they are.
But when you get back to the reality and think about your health, let alone being fit like them, you are far away from being healthy.
We all want to be healthy! Some of us would give away anything to get back their health, but it's just wants and whims that we have, not results.
You think about your health only in two cases. Either you have got a serious health problem, or you are motivated by someone's health(only for a short time).
And when you are motivated to become healthy, there is a problem!
With time, you have complicated the process so much, that all you imagine is hours of drudgery in the gym and eating tasteless veggies throughout the day to get back your health.
You don't need to do complicated things to improve your health, like losing weight, working out, dieting; it's the simple things that can make a significant difference in your health.
If you focus on basic things like breathing and eating, you can be healthier.
To Breathe Is To Live Fully.
You can survive without food for a week, you can survive without water for a few days, but you can't survive without your breath for a minute.
That's how much important your breathing is!
Still, we give more importance to food and water for our health than breathing.
Everyone breathes, but only a few people know how to breathe in the right way.
And when people learn the right way to breathe, it gives them satisfaction, that's why people find so much pleasure in meditation.
If you ever get a chance, notice an athlete. They breathe differently because of their better respiratory system. They have developed it over years.
Now, you can't do that much exercise daily, but what you can do is try to breathe in a better way.
Take a long breath in and count to five and then wait for three seconds to let the oxygen dissolve in your blood.
Then breathe out slowly to a count of five. Do this as many times as you can in a day and feel better.
You Become What You Eat.
You can eat whatever you want, but if you want to live a healthy life, it must be full of vegetables and fruits only.
Why?
Because they provide you everything your body needs.
Your body is made up of 60% of water, and keeping it hydrated is the best thing you can do.
Think about how much water-rich fruits you have eaten today, or in the last week?
The best thing about these foods is that it makes you active, as compared to other foods which slow you down.
Being active and healthy is one of the most desired things.
Break the Robotic routine.
One of the biggest reason why we can't focus on our health is that we are too busy in our work to focus on it.
You eat anything you get your hands on because either you are too busy to find and cook a healthy diet or too lazy.
Sometimes you are so busy with your work that you forget to eat.
Breaking this routine can help you think about things including your health.
Take some rest, do nothing for a few hours and think how you can make things better in your life including your health.
Ideas will start popping into your mind and you will be shocked to know how much you can change if you change a few things.
Your productivity will definitely increase once your health improves.
You already know what you want to improve; your health, taking some time now and then to think about how to improve it will definitely get results.
And once you start getting results, things will be easier after that.

I wholeheartedly agree with the breathing!
There was a time when I needed to relearn breathing. As my Awareness to life increased, several epiphanies penetrated right trough my entire being's core.
In a way, this merged with my eating habits, for my breath became so out of tact that I couldn't simply eat food. As if my inner voice was telling me: Stop, wait a moment, beware of what you eat and be grateful!"
Meditation was of great assist to deepen my breath and to realign my inner balance.
I also agree that it is important to eat healthy, but here we should also maintain a balance, not become extra painstaking, because otherwise slight deviation from our healthy diet might cause guilt. Every extreme brings dependency. Letting go robotic routines is just my perspective. Going with the Universal flow is not about establishing routines but breaking down routines, as I use to say. Of course, to implement a life overhaul we need to change habits and routines, but again, NO dependency has been my experience ;)

Yeah, I have meditation somewhat naturally integrated into my daily life because I cannot fall asleep anymore without having 15 minutes complete mental Silence. Without these 15 minutes of mental Silence I won't fall asleep :)
I welcome this because it is not really a habit but a necessity. A necessity I WANT, since quieting the mind is very alleviating short-term and long-term. Ancillary effect: Higher Awareness in my dreams and my Intuition gets louder and louder.
The mind can be quite chattery, many even say 'you cannot think nothing'.
My experience has been: it is possible! :)

Entropy is about the tendency of things to end up being disorganized or destroyed.
Destruction will always be easier than construction.
Yeah, I have read about the concept of entropy in my college.
And it is completely related to the idea of my post.

So can’t say much about it.
What I meant was that you said earlier that using upvote bots is unethical as steemit is a content based platform and low quality posts reach Trending now and real content creators are not able to earn.
Do you believe upvote bots are the biggest problem on steemit.
I once said that steemit is a content-based platform and people have forgotten that.
And I also have said that most who write good content doesn't earn much here.
But I don't remember saying anything about unethical, low quality post and any problem related to upvote bots.
I just didn't find them useful or beneficial.
My opinion on things like that doesn't matter, so I don't believe wasting much time on debating things like that.
And no, I think the biggest problem of steemit is not enough quality content to consume for its user base.
