RE: My Father died in Lung Cancer bcoz of Smoking... This is "Must Read and Must share article guys..."

in #life7 years ago

My condolences for your loss. It is always a hard thing - I lost my father to cancer when he was 74; he was much older than your dad. I spent many months supporting him and trying to help him recover at the last stages; it was a great blessing to get to know him better. He never smoked.

One of my friends now has cancer, he was (is?) a smoker too. I hope he will recover. I am thinking good thoughts for his health.

I used to smoke when I was younger. There were many difficult things that happened to me - life can be hard. None of us gets out of this thing called life alive. (I do believe we have an eternal nature though)

So many of my friends have died young from cancer or complications from diabetes.

I'm glad that I quit smoking. I hope that a cure is found for cancer. My grandfather died from cancer just after retiring. He worked with high voltage and PVC's and this may have contributed. He never smoked. It was sad that he was not able to enjoy his later years, he worked so hard to get there.

Very nice point of view you shared with me @lightsplasher
I will also keep your experience... Difficult thing, hope we can help them extend their life when they are suffering... That is why I come up with this article... Maybe I can help anyone to give importance to their health...

Glad you've quit smoking... however, the good thing to us, I became closer to all my sister (father sibling) when this time happened... visiting my father often and talked to him what happen in the past with my mother, I know now my father's point of view... But that is not important, the thing is I become closer to him and I am thankful for that... we never been together since before...Following you, my friend... I want to see your future blog
