Delicious and quick breakfast recipe!

Hey everyone,

I herewith want to share a wonderful recipe to make your own healthy and quick breakfast! It's soo easy and delicious. Let me know what you think :)

Ingredients

Tamago Omelet

3 eggs
1 spoon of dark miso
1 spring onion (chopped)
1 shot milk
pepper
salt
sesame oil
avocado
sesam
prinzess beans!

Step-to-Step Guide
Tamago omelet

  1. Mix up all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Take a pan and heat one table spoon of sesame oil.
  3. Now take one third of your mixture to fry in the pan. Once fried role it up to once side of the pan.
  4. Now add the second third of your mixture. And repeat process and once again with the rest of your egg mix.
  5. At the end you should have a nice and tasty role of asian omelet.

Now you can also fry some prinzess beans and add a third of an avocado on your plate.
Serve it with some soya sauce and sesame.

  1. Start mixing up the floor with eggs etc. by working from the outside to the inside and slowly begin to knead everything.
  2. You should knead your dough for at least 10 minutes. Now have to leave the dough for 20-30 minutes to rest.
  3. After 20-30 minutes cut your dough into 4 dough balls and roll out the pastry so its maximum 1mm thick.
  4. Once you are done with this you can start cutting the pastry into tagliatelle (max. 5 - 10 mm broad).
    Tip: Always add some flour if your dough gets too sticky!
