Depressed ? feeling insignificant? disappointed with the world we live in and hate life?

We often get days when we are fully aware of our reality and how messed up certain things in life are. How corruption has set its root deep within most strongholds of power and governance. We may have been hurt by someone we love or care for. We may have lost a job or failed an exam. You may have lost a loved one permanently. Life has a way of inadvertently hurting us by just being life. We may find no solace when others try to cheer us up we may feel that there is nothing to look forward to anymore. Depression is real and we all experience it and even if we don't fully understand why we feel depressed one sure way to get out of depression is to create a purpose to ignite your will and push through to the surface our of depression and into hope. One thing that really helped me personally is understanding how insignificant my problems were. How small they are in the grand scheme of things and how they don't really seem so threatening once they are put into the proper perspective. Have you hit rock bottom? most people are far far from hitting rock bottom. Are you starving and have no money to buy potato and beans to cook and eat? are you in a country where there is constant fighting and war and your life is on the line? are you dying tomorrow and have so much left undone? are you incapable of moving or speaking and just leaving the house on your own legs and meeting random people doing things you love to do? Life goes on with or without you and most people do not care about you they care about themselves. You should also care about yourself too. Helping you is not the responsibility of anyone unless that's their paid job. However, you yourself can help yourself without having to wait for someone to feel you or understand you. You can ask for help from someone you know will help you for starters or you can try to better understand your feelings and think about them ask yourself is how you feel right now measures up to the causes? is it really that bad? Don't get me wrong I am sure it feel bad and it might feel the worst you have experienced all your life. But is it worth the time getting depressed over it? or do you think you should give life another chance to make it up to you?

Live my friend life is just too short to waste with bad feelings :) I hope this video will help you understand things on a larger scale. You might feel more insignificant than you do now but you should also feel that your problems might also shrink in size and that the world does not wait for you to be happy so gather some will and live.
