"Garlic" - A Powerful Antidote
Garlic has some good knows facts and let's talk about it a bit here. In ancient Egypt Garlic was considered as the symbol of the universe. It contains these magical properties because of Sulphur vapors eliminating Garlic which kills bacteria and virus. This disinfects air and body.
Garlic contains 200 of active substances among which are vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes. It has antibiotic and antifungal effects. These substances occur when Garlic is cut or crushed hence is it is advisable to eat Garlic raw.
Diallyl Disulfide contained in Garlic is 10 times stronger than Antibiotics. This natural remedy does not work as fast as medicines but has power over almost all body organs managing to eliminate all diseases and ailments.

There are two different ways to consume Garlic with honey-
Infuse 10-20 cloves of Garlic with one glass of honey leaving the mixture in the refrigerator for several days. Then we eat this for 7 days/month every morning, a spoon full of this mixture in an empty stomach.
Crush a clove of Garlic and leave it at room temperature for 5 minutes. This will activate enzymes that will convert into super food. Then we need to mix this with little honey and swallow, without chewing. We can drink a glass of water with this mixture because it is easier to swallow. I see the benefits of garlic in the aquatic trade when breeding I use grated garlic mixed with some vitamins and beef heart. the garlic treats internal worms strengthens their immune system I use this once a day for 7 to 10 days and I don't have fish losses. interesting to know that the benefits work for humans too. thanks for the post :)
