How to Change Negative Thoughts Into Positive Thinking

Did we ever feel have a negative thought?? and
Do we know how to solve it??
The feeling that time is definitely mixed emotions, stir, angry high levels, to the point that we couldn't control our thoughts. You try to imagine if you were filled with negative thoughts, for example you've long courtship with your couples might have been all these years, you've done it '' unnatural '' with your partner, of late having not harmonious relationships later or can be said to be on the verge of your sadly thought that
"I've given everything to him, but why he as a man does not want to take responsibility for his actions and went left me
with other women '' of negative energy rise from the mind of you and will undoubtedly draining run out of thinking away until you can't think about it anymore (stressfully), it is a small example which is common on our friends.
Many examples to mention if we diligently read the book, watch the news or listen to the radio, certainly on the sidelines of the news there that says someone jump from the building because of the depression, women burn themselves with his son for not able to finance their life and there are still many examples of other that make us wonder, "why did they do such a thing?"
We try to think of more negative thoughts that can change into a positive and joyful mind.
How we can do it???

You should be able to change the perseption of life that exists in the mind of you now, because you are now is the result of the thought of you yesterday and you on tomorrow is the result of your thoughts today, whether you believe in the power of the mind that what you think that could be true?
Could you imagine for example you thought that every rain you will surely get sick , but if you thought the sick is Positive it will not hit you, when you want to follow the race and you thought that you were not going to prevail in this competency, so that you feel don't feel in public and it makes you into a fall and lost , try for example you can change the Perseption you "that I could win this competence" sense of confidence you very peaked and make you positive with your abilities so that you managed to solve it.
Because the mind gives birth to the fact that suits you and this fact will be expanded and spread, because the mind is always looking for a reason that supports the fact that there is.
Whatever you think will happen to like what you think, as you think of what you have to do and your mind can bring you to do positive or negative, this fact will not change when you change your Presepsi from the start you want to do something that relies on you must think.
In social life, if you have someone you love, this is the reality. When there is a dispute between you then your persaan against him will change. Because basically the fact is presepsi which has been in the program by humans.
And on the other hand we have a principle, this principle could work in ways you to rely on positive energy, so you have a more rational life purpose and does not kink.
There are several factors that can cause your Negative thought and that we should avoid in our daily lives.
The program in the past, the absence of a clear goal, negative, influence of routine internal, external influences, past lives, concentrations are negative, weak mental condition, friendship, and media information.

So I hope my article could be make us a person with a positive thinking dan make us bigger to solve the problems in the worlds..
