If fortune is due to hard work, it should be the richest builder.

If fortune is due to a lot of work time, it should be a 24-hour coffee shop can beat MacDonal and KFC.

If fortune is due to cleverness. Should lecturer lecturer who has long title to be a rich person.

If fortune is due to position. Presidents and kings should be in the forefront of the 100 richest people in the world.
